Allen-Bradley Distributed I/O Modules
Distributed I/O systems allow sensors and actuators to be connected closer to the machine or process while communicating back to the PLC over an industrial network. This reduces wiring, simplifies panel layouts, and makes I/O expansion easier—especially in large facilities or modular machine designs.
Allen‑Bradley distributed I/O platforms are commonly used with ControlLogix and CompactLogix controllers and are frequently deployed in manufacturing automation, packaging systems, material handling, and process environments.
