Returns
Defective Items (Within 30 Days)
- Items confirmed to be defective within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Defective Items (After 30 Days)
- After 30 days, defective items are subject to our Warranty Policy.
- WeSupplyUSA reserves the right to determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the item.
Misordered or Unwanted Items
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- They are in original condition
- They are unused and not installed
- A 25% restocking fee will apply.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- WeSupplyUSA reserves the right to deny returns on orders exceeding $10,000.
Core Exchanges
- Exchange Credit
Credit may be issued for eligible non-working units and applied toward a replacement purchase. - Process
Credit is issued after the defective unit is received and inspected. The credit amount will be applied to a new order. - International Orders
WeSupplyUSA reserves the right to limit or deny exchanges for international customers due to shipping and customs constraints.
Order Cancellation
- Orders under $5,000
May be canceled prior to shipment with no restocking fee. - Orders $5,000 and above
May be canceled prior to shipment with a 25% restocking fee. - Orders $10,000 and above
WeSupplyUSA reserves the right to deny cancellations.
Return Process (IMPORTANT)
To initiate a return:
- Contact WeSupplyUSA to request return authorization
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Ship item only after approval
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned at customer expense
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, modified, or used
- Electrical components exposed to power
- Custom or special-order items
- Products sold as “as-is”, “used”, or “non-returnable”
- Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
- Restocking fees and applicable deductions will be applied
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Final Determination
All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to evaluation by WeSupplyUSA. Final decisions are made at our sole discretion.
