It is designed to control 3-phase AC-powered electric induction motors in industrial fans, pumps, compressors, and conveyor systems. The drive controls the connected induction motor’s speed and torque ratings by using a sinusoidal current waveform produced by pulse width modulation. The 1336F-B030-AE-ES-GM2-LA2-L6 drive supports 2 independently configurable motor control modes that can handle different motor loads and applications, and these are the Volts per Hertz control mode and the sensorless vector control mode. With the sensorless vector control mode, the drive supports a full tuning functionality which provides the control algorithm with improved parameters to manage the motor flux and the application's output torque performance. The 1336F-B030-AE-ES-GM2-LA2-L6 motor control drive also has a slip compensation control feature that estimates the motor slip rating in order to regulate the motor’s speed and enhance the motor’s precision.
