It was manufactured in the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series as a compact device that can be configured to control the operating speed of the widest possible range of industrial motors, including very large motors and motors with large or tough loads. The 1336F-B030-AN-EN-HASP drive supports 2 motor acceleration and deceleration times which are independently programmable and which can be programmed in 0.1-second increments to anywhere from 0 seconds minimum to 3600 seconds maximum. This drive accelerates and decelerates its connected motor gently and gradually so that it will not create friction in the motor. The 1336F-B030-AN-EN-HASP drive needs high torque levels to accelerate large motors, and it uses its sensorless vector or dynamic current control technology to produce this torque. It can also use the torque provided by its sensorless vector technology to start motors with low inductance ratings and to control motors that need low levels of speed but high levels of torque.
