The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336S-BX060-AN-EN-L6 drive is a variable frequency drive with a special input voltage rating. The drive belongs to the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS drive series. However, by using an upgrade kit like the 1336F-UPGRA or the 1336F-UUPGRB drive, the 1336S-BX060-AN-EN-L6 drive can be upgraded to being part of the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series of variable frequency drives. The drive requires mounting clearances to facilitate air flow and prevent the drive from overheating. Overheating may either cause the drive to fault or to malfunction. The Allen-Bradley 1336S-BX060-AN-EN-L6 drive supports discrete control and signal wiring by using either a shielded twisted pair or a shielded 3 conductor, like the Belden 8760, the Belden 8770, and the Belden 9460. Note that the wire used should be 18 AWG in size. The 1336S-BX060-AN-EN-L6 drive, like other drives in the same series, has a shield termination that accommodates a wire with a minimum size of 14 AWG and a maximum size of 22 AWG.
