The Allen-Bradley SMC Dialog Plus 150-B97NBD controller is an advanced motor controller which is rated for 97 Amps of output current and which supports multiple operating modes. The operating modes available as standard on SMC Dialog Plus controllers include the energy saver, dual ramp start, and kickstart operating modes. Several other operating modes are available as custom options, including the accu stop, pump control, and soft stop operating modes. The energy saver mode is a standard feature which is designed to provide energy savings for applications where the motor is unloaded or lightly loaded for extended periods of time. The energy saver mode does not require external wiring or additional panel space and it also does not require a complex setup procedure. An integrated serial port is provided on the Allen-Bradley 150-B97NBD controller for connection to an Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1201 HMI or with multiple Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1203 communication modules including the RS-232, DeviceNet, and Remote I/O modules.
