The Allen-Bradley 150-B97NCD controller comes with an open enclosure which requires 0 to 50 degrees Celsius of ambient temperature for optimal performance. This solid-state motor controller is part of the SMC Dialog Plus product line and it is rated for 97 Amps of output current. When 460 Volts AC voltage is applied at the controller input, this motor controller can deliver 5 to 75 Horsepower at its output. The 150-B97NCD controller supports a very wide range of input voltages from 200 Volts AC to 575 Volts AC. The controller does not support single-phase input. Only three-phase input voltage with either 50 or 60 Hertz line frequency is supported. By default, the 150-B97NCD controller supports six motor control modes including the full voltage, dual ramp and soft start mode. A further six optional control modes are supported and they can be ordered from the manufacturer when required.
